Every great company starts with a story. For Ferdinand Bedico, the story began in 2017—armed with determination, curiosity, and a strong work ethic as he stepped into the cleaning industry after relocating to Finland.
A Journey Built on Hard Work and Purpose
When Ferdinand first arrived in Finland, he started working as a cleaner and quickly noticed a common challenge many immigrants face: mastering the Finnish language. Rather than seeing this as a setback, he saw an opportunity. He asked himself—how can I become competitive without speaking the language fluently?
The answer was to become exceptional at what he did. He devoted himself to learning the ins and outs of the cleaning industry—understanding best practices, safety regulations, techniques, and client expectations. He aimed to raise the standard for cleaning and prove that excellence speaks for itself.
Founding HypeSiivous
In 2019, just before the world changed due to the global pandemic, Ferdinand took a bold step and founded HypeSiivous (also known as HypeCleaning). Launching a company in uncertain times required courage, but it also came with a strong purpose:
to create equal opportunities for workers, build a values-based company, and provide high-quality cleaning services for both individuals and businesses.

Today, HypeSiivous has grown into a trusted name in Finland, employing a diverse team of 25 people—13 based locally and 12 internationally. Under Ferdinand’s leadership, the company continues to expand its reach while staying rooted in fairness, opportunity, and excellence.
He believes that to lead a business, you must stay involved—engaging with every part of the company and continuously learning.
His mission doesn’t end with clean spaces. He’s passionate about helping other entrepreneurs and businesses grow by providing reliable services, opening doors for collaboration, and supporting communities through job creation and professional development.

When he’s not leading HypeSiivous, you’ll find Ferdinand in nature—jogging, hiking, camping, kayaking, or biking. He’s also an adrenaline junkie who’s been skydiving and is always open to his next adventure (bungee jumping might be next!). And when it’s time to wind down, he enjoys movies and a quiet evening in.
